Post Paella Pan Pic Post

Thanks to all your suggestions from my question before the holiday weekend trying to source a paella pan locally. Obligatory (almost) finished product picture and a rave review for local business Terramar Imports! These guys are doing it right! They were kind enough to throw in some extras that were reaching their shelf life and it made a world of difference in the cooking experience.

Tons of imported product from Spain and Italy, as well as a few other European countries. Huge open warehouse open to the public offering a pretty wide variety of goods. If you get a chance to swing by and check them out, it’s a neat setup. I think they’re working on some broader offerings to bring in customers, like hosting food and wine events, cooking classes, etc.

We cook paella 2-3 times a year and it’s become an annual NYE tradition for my family. We were able to share it and the experience with a large group of friends this last weekend and it was a big hit.
