Post Office Protest or Class Action?

My local post office is known for stealing packages for years now. It’s totally a risk getting anything mail ordered. Is there not anything we can do to get the system changed? & When I do get packages they always put peep holes in the box to see if it it’s worth taking. Today I waited in line behind several people at the post office complaining that they had their packages stolen by the mail carriers making them as delivered and never delivering it after waiting by the door all day or leaving it as out for delivery and it never turning up. One person said the mail carrier left all the mail on their apartment stair well area and never put them into anyone’s mailbox just leaving it all there. Enough is enough, what can we do as a community to put pressure on the postal service to make the post more ethical & operational? I just feel like today is the last straw as I waited for days for a package that hasn’t arrived. Im not rich or anything so it’s just frustrating when I save up to buy something to have it stolen by the post office and because it happens so much now vendors just say “we’re not responsible once it leaves our hands” which I get but it just is frustrating that they’re stealing so much and feel so helpless. And if it isnt the post office then we have to hope a porch pirate doesn’t come. But mainly can we organize a post office protest or show up to say enough is enough… we’re all being taken advantage of too much now and something needs to change.
