Possible trade?

Bored and decided to be dumb/smart if people agree. Based on pick value Arizona has the 4th pick (1400) and Houston has the 42nd (480) and 59th pick (310). A future 1st is generally rated about 1000. If we trade our 2025 1st and both our seconds for Arizona’s 4th pick would that be enticing? We would trade for MHJ? Or top 10 for Bowers? We still pay Nico and when the rookie is ready to get payed we can let Nico walk. Roast me for my take.
