Possible Hit and Run Exiting 59/69 North

Hey Guys, I was driving on the intersection of 59/69 and 90 going onto 59/69 North. Right before that is the exit from 59/69.

Saw this truck swerve by and another SUV later on with the missing front bumper. Hope this helps that person….
