Possible FBI presence in Hermann Park?

I was waking my way to my car on parking lot C around 7:36 and I saw some people with badges searching under the small bridge next to the golf course, saw a lady talking to someone on the phone looking at the spot plus 2-3 people with flashlights inside the spot (it was like a hole pretty much) and right next to it there was this two black Tahoe parked without any police badge. Thoughts?
