Port Houston Commission approves $745M capital plan, $428M operating budget for 2024

The Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority approved a $745 million capital plan and $428 million operating budget during a Nov. 13 workshop. According to a release, the budget will help guide staff in operating and managing facilities and activities moving forward into the new year.
