Popular Houston restaurants that offer good food for grieving (aka frozen)

A close friend just lost her husband. Any non-chain (no shade I love chain restaurants) places that offer good meals for freezing and eating later? I think I’m going to bring her something like common bond tomorrow but I always read that people in grief might not feel like eating now, especially with no appetite Or the influx of attention right after the death means a lot of food all at once. And that people kinda forget after a little bit. If you have recommendations for places that sell minimal prep meals to freeze, or if there’s a restaurant you have frozen food from and eaten later please let me know!

Also please let me know if you have any recommendations for flower shops that deliver and let you place an order for a couple months in advance. I know telaflora has this online but I’d like somewhere local in the loop if possible, usually a better deal.
