Pop up dinners
Thinking of hosting a pop up dinner showcasing real Mexican food and wine/cocktail pairings with a modern twist. It would be 100-120$ a ticket all inclusive. Would people come? From someone born in Mexico and a trained chef I’ve realized the mexican chefs in town hold back a lot when it comes to our food. And I think it’s time we stop holding back the ingredients and the Chile and what we grew up eating.
