Polk St bike lanes

Here's the pics of those random bike lane curbs they installed between Cullen and Lockwood on Polk St. If you live in the neighborhood you would know that they are all different sizes and just don't make a lot of sense. Some of driveways, there is plenty of room to get there cars in and out. Others are very tight in both directions so turning into your own driveway you would hop the curb. Bonus pic of the underwater bike lane on Cullen. I just don't understand why we can't make bike lanes better so that they'll be used and instead it just seems like they wasting tax dollars on an experiment.

Plus I don't understand why Cyclists were seemingly upset about my other post and made it into a car vs bicycle thing but oh well.
