Police guns drawn at Bay Area Blvd in Webster?

My wife called and said a bunch of police officers got out of their cars around Bay Area Blvd in Webster with their guns drawn. She u-turned right before they blocked everything.

Jw if anyone knows what's happening, couldn't find any news articles or anything.
