Pointe West Condo – Galveston

Anyone own a condo in Pointe West? Have visited a few times and it’s a really nice development. I’ve been mulling over buying a place down there for a couple of years, but the maintenance fees are close to $3k per quarter. The high interest rates probably make this less economical, but would love to hear from anyone that is currently renting out to help offset costs. Do you feel like you get your money’s worth? Do you have any problems renting out and covering operating expenses?
