Plush Nail Bar begins process to open its first Bellaire location
A new $200,000 project to remodel an existing beauty salon to a new Plush Nail Bar location in Bellaire is slated to begin in March, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing on Nov. 11.
