plume of smoke over IAH today?

saw this large plume of smoke coming from what looked like the United cargo building. it appeared to be actively emitting more smoke. i’m wondering if this is a fire or just something normal like steam emissions??

the smoke also seems to have blown towards the Humble side… I know the picture just looks like clouds but there was a noticeable degradation of visibility on that stretch of 1960. anyone have more info?
