Please recommend a doctor (general practitioner) who’s really helped you

Tired of every new doctor I see just doing the general labs, then when they're normal they say "Come back next year for your physical :)".

I've been living the past four years with a debilitating, life altering and career endangering chronic illness. I have no answer, no treatment, no diagnosis, not even a suggestion and as far as I can tell, no f*cks given. At most they'll give me a number of a specialist, who then will tell me I need a diagnosis to get an appointment.

Please suggest someone who has really helped you, whether it's a similar situation or not. I'm asking for a general practitioner because I do not know if the cause is neurological, autoimmune, gastrointestinal, etc.

I'm willing to travel too, within driving distance of Houston preferably, thank you so much.
