Please help me rehome my kitten before he starves to death.

My foster parents got upset with me for "not taking care of my cat" so they moved out and locked him in his cage in our old house without any food or water. He's only a few months old. It's already been a day without food/water. He is a gray tabby kitten with green eyes, has not been spayed or taken to the vet yet.

I'm seventeen, I can't drive, I don't have the keys to our old house, my parents don't feel like driving to a shelter and most of them are at capacity or have a two week wait. He is GOING TO DIE. I know rehoming is bad but I genuinely do not have any other options, somebody please please help. Zip codes that work for me are 77074/77077 and 77042.

UPDATE: parents left him outside (in the cold, bit at least he's not still in the garage) with some food (idk how much or anything) someone from local FB is coming to pick him up, she should be there in 30 mins or so.
