Please help me and my girlfriend with recommendations!

My girlfriend is a native Bolivian and sometimes gets very homesick. I know Houston is an incredibly diverse city as I've lived here all my life. We're having some trouble finding Bolivian restaurants, locations, events, anything?

Does anybody have any good recommendations or any help at all??
