Please don’t leave your dogs at Houstons dog house pet salon

I recently needed to board my dog and chose the DHPS on Richmond and I’m sharing this to help other dog owners avoid the trouble. When I picked my dog up and brought him home I noticed the underside of his ear had a HUGE chunk of it missing/bloody with dried up blood. I was so shocked but mostly just felt really disturbed that they hadn’t mentioned it when I picked him up (it was on the inner flap of his ear so I didn’t notice it until I was playing with him) anyway once I contacted the owner she was making really lame excuses and took no accountability whatsoever, it happened when he was getting a haircut.

I took my dog to the vet and she was also very disturbed, please find somewhere better than we did.
