Plans for Shoot The Moon restaurant with self-serve tap wall didn’t change much amid Covid-19

Shoot The Moon co-owner Kevin Floyd didn’t have to change much to make his space Covid-19-ready. 

The bar and restaurant, which is expected to open this November, is inherently suited for a Covid-19 environment, Floyd said. Customers have little interaction with staff, minimizing contact, and will pour their own drinks from a tap wall. Food is ordered at a counter and brought out. This was all planned out before Covid-19 hit.
