Planning on proposing in the middle of August

Hello r/Houston, as the title of the post says I plan on popping the question in the middle of august. I have a ton of great outdoor locations all around town, what I don’t have is a indoor location.
Just as a contingency in case a) the temps get to 100 degrees again or b) it rains hard. Any suggestions?
