Planning a secret trip, need restaurants!

My partner and I love to visit Houston, it’s one of our favorite places. I’m getting an early start on planning our anniversary trip for next year. We will be there 3-4 days, and I need restaurant recommendations. Whatever you’ve got! Take out, late night, sit down, dinner and a show, any type of food, cheap, expensive, I want ALL the recommendations and why you like the place please!
