Places with good selection of Pick 6/Individual Beer Sales

So I'm throwing my boyfriend a birthday party (just the two of us because of COVID lol) and its going to be Halloween/Oktoberfest themed. I was hoping to get a bunch of different beers for him to try, preferably from Texas breweries, but I don't want to get a whole 6-pack in case he doesn't like them. I've had trouble finding places that have a good selection of beers for individual sale and am looking for recommendations on where I might be able to find some! So far I've tried Trader Joe's (found a few there), Whole Foods, and Randall's. I was planning on calling some Spec's/Total Wine's nearby since I know it can vary by location. If anyone has recommendations for inside the loop (specifically near West U, Bellaire, Rice Village area) I would greatly appreciate it!
