Places to work for non-English speakers

Hey y’all! I moved from another country with my wife to Houston last year, and she doesn’t speak English very well. She’s taking classes but wanted to speed up her learning because she struggles when it comes to speaking. So we thought that maybe if she finds a job or a volunteering opportunity somewhere, that might be helpful.

Do you have any recommendations of places where being an English speaker is not mandatory, but where she still will have an opportunity to interact with people? Her visa has a work permit so that’s not a problem. We’re in Montrose and kinda lost, so any advice will be helpful. Thank you!!
