Places to Live

Hello, I’m a young black professional looking to relocate to Houston. I need help deciding between living in a high rise in Midtown or a regular apartment in Mo City. I haven’t found the exact apartments yet though.

My biggest factors are safety, location(proximity to fun things), and cost. Additionally, I would prefer to live close to other young black professionals, although it’s not a requirement. My budget is $1400.

Which part of Houston do you think would be better for me to live in? If you also have a recommendation on a specific apartment, please let me know.
