Places to get expedited passport?

Hey everyone. Me and a couple of friends are going to Mexico on Saturday and one of them just realized their passport is expired. They went to the airport to try and get some sort of pass but we’re denied. Does anyone know where they could get a passport before Saturday? This person is under 18, but the majority of the rest are over if that’s relevant.
