Places to celebrate birthday

Hi. So my birthday is coming up and I’m looking for recommendations on where to celebrate the day. Turning 21 and I think anywhere would be fine. But also a place where I can even make friends or something because imma celebrate alone. Would be good if it’s on the north and north east of Houston, or around the heights area and Katy. Thank you! It’s 21. So obviously drinking for once is like on bucket list
