Places to apply for a new passport that don’t require appointments (walk-in)

Is there anywhere in Houston that does not require an appointment to apply for a passport? All of the USPS's near me are showing a two-week wait time to get an appointment, but those two weeks will be valuable because of when I need to fly out.

Anywhere I can just walk in?
