Places that hire with felonies 4+ years old

Hey! My sis is having difficulty finding a job with felonies that are 4.5 years old. She has quite a few but she is in recovery and they are all possession charges. McDonalds says 5 years for felonies. A few others have told her 7. She is getting pretty discouraged so I thought I'd ask if anyone knew of anywhere that wont say no immediately. Thanks!
