Places in Houston not enforcing masks and social distancing

Hi all, I’m pretty new to this community so forgive me if this is not the proper way to do this, but I’d like to see a list of places that are not taking COVID seriously, and I think I’m not alone.

My plan is to cultivate a list for myself and you lovely people that I can update as comments are posted. My story is below, but I’ll start the list here in case people don’t want to read it all. Note: edits will be to update the list. Comments, suggestions, and criticism are welcome on how to improve this.
