Places for substance abuse help/rehab

I’m trying to find clinics/rehabs for those in Houston who are addicted to alcohol and/or drugs. While I understand Covid has been the primary healthcare focus (deservedly) – I’m also looking for accessible places a person can call who’s starting over, with little to no money or support.

I don’t want to be too specific, but I’ve spoken with caseworkers and nurses at methadone clinics whom are bombarded with the amount of new patients that they have turn away b/c the situation has become a bit too much.
