Places for singles to meet

I’m a 24m looking to meet new people/ girls. I prefer a chill vibe maybe a chill bar/cafe and I also have a dog so place that allow dogs are also welcome. Not a fan of places like loud bars with karaoke or dancing. Just a place to friendly random strangers and single girls is a plus. All suggestions are welcome.
