pizza hut — uber eats

has anyone else had a problem ordering pizza hut through uber eats?? it’s been maybe 2-3 times that i’ve tried ordering a pizza (through diff locations) and all of them have given me a bs excuse — 1. someone took my order 2. ordered the wrong day?? (made no sense since i ordered it through a third party app for asap). i even tried calling pizza hut and they didn’t pick up. it doesn’t make sense to me and idk if it’s just me having this issue with uber eats
