Pitres value

I love Pitre and all he has brought to the organization. I also understand he’s a very unique kind of player. put up some insane numbers against the run. But did that warrant making him the highest paid nickel in the league? We can’t rely on him in coverage every down but now that he’s a paid man we aren’t going to take him off of the field. Am I looking at this the wrong way? I know he plays a certain way you can’t really find from DB’s but if you look at the people who get paid like him to play that role he’s an outlier. I hope Jalen proves me wrong over his contract
