Pitbulls in Houston – Housing

Hi! Asking for my friend (fr fr, she doesnt use Reddit!) who is moving to Houston. She and her husband have two pitbull dogs. Absolute sweethearts.

Does anyone have experience or advice on finding a rental home that accepts pitbulls? Does getting them registered as emotional support animals help?
