Pit mix attacked our dog at Danny Jackson Bark Park

We ran to the emergency vet before we could get contact info- came back 40 min later when our dog was under anesthesia and there was no trace. The dog was crazed and attacking other dogs the second we unlatched him from our dog. If anyone happened to be there today around 2-3p and has info please reach out. Owner was tall, young black woman with tattoos, dog was very large and aggressive white/grey pit mix. It charged into the large dog area and immediately attacked our 21 lb terrier before fully latching on. He wouldn’t let go for 3-4 minutes despite being punched in the face by 3 people and being told to let him go. Finally another man helped pull him off of our dog and the pit immediately latched onto another dog’s throat. My husband helped pull the pit off the other dog before we went to the vet. An emergency bill later, we’re looking at possible necrosis because this dog bit and shook. My husband and I also had to go to urgent care for treatment. I was bitten on the hand and arm, he was bitten on the leg and hand. This woman needs to figure something out because she obviously cannot take care of this dog. She needs to be held accountable.
