Pipe manufacturing co. temporarily closing a Houston-area plant amid low oil prices
Luxembourg-based steel pipe manufacturer Tenaris SA (NYSE: TS) is temporarily closing its Baytown facility until market conditions improve, according to an April 13 press release.
Last month, Tenaris planned a temporary significant reduction in operations beginning April 17 at its threading plant at 2600 Grand Parkway in Baytown, but that facility has now been added to the list of temporary closures.
