Pin Trading?

My wife and I went to this past Saturday’s game and I noticed that some of the staff members were wearing lanyards with pins on them. I immediately thought back to how fun pin trading is at Disney World and was wondering if anyone knew if the Astros staff trade pins or not? TIA
