Piggybacking on the Memorial Park break-in post: does anyone have any witness accounts, or even a decent guess, as to the people responsible? It’s so systematically done, at least at Buffalo Bayou/Allen Pkwy. I wonder if people want to steal to sell things, or if it’s just for the sake of it.
