Technically they traded up for Anderson but clearly if they picked Anderson first, the Texans would be competing with more teams to trade up for Stroud and I'm convinced they would've had to pay even more. Picking Stroud first was strategic, but I wouldn't be surprised if internally Anderson was their true 2 overall.
