Houston restaurants had a big year — dozens of notable restaurants from big-name restaurateurs opened in 2019.

Those including everything from MAD, which is from the creators of BCN and saw huge lines upon opening, to the second location for Legacy Restaurants’ The Original Ninfa’s concept, to a number of new food halls, both downtown and in Rice Village.
