Photographers of Houston Where Are Your Favorite Places to Take photos During the Day?

I recently got a camera for Christmas and wanted to take photos around town/in the city, but I have no idea where to take pictures or where to start. Any recommendations on where to start? Mostly will be taking pictures of random things tbh
