Phillips 66 appoints new CEO, Raytheon exec to board of directors

Less than two weeks after taking over as Phillips 66’s CEO, Mark Lashier — who also holds the title of president — was appointed to the board. Raytheon Technologies Corp.’s CEO will join Lashier on the Phillips 66’s board.
