Phat Eatery creator launches ghost kitchen, Phat Kitchen

Chef Alex Au-Yeung of Phat Eatery is opening a ghost kitchen called Phat Kitchen. 

The ghost kitchen will be an offshoot of Phat Eatery, a restaurant in the Katy Asia Town development at Colonial Parkway and West Grand Parkway North. Au-Yeung is taking what he’s learned from transitioning to delivery and to-go options during the coronavirus to create the ghost kitchen, a restaurant without a dine-in option.
