[PFF] Stroud had a grade of 91.1 in Week 9.
He is now graded 79.0 on the season which is fantastic for a rookie QB.
For those wondering why his grade was "only" a 91.1 for this game, basically the only knock was 2 turnover worthy throws per their grading.
Rookie QBs tend to do poorly per PFF's standard not because they don't grade potential. Simply what happens on the field. Rookie QBs tend to make the big jump in the 2nd season if they are the guy.
Joe Burrow who many compare Stroud to as a rookie finished with a 75.1 grade before jumping up to 91.7 in his 2nd season. Herbert was a 79.9 as a rookie and then 90.0 in his 2nd season
