Pet Re-homing/Long-term Fostering Resources

We have the opportunity to move to Hong Kong for an expat assignment in early summer, however all of the corporate housing and private rental companies allow no more than one pet. Unfortunately, we have three wonderful cats, two of which will need to stay behind.

Everyone in my family already has too many pets and is unwilling to take care of them until we return. As much as I hate to have to re-home them, it seems like it is a necessity after talking with other expats online and and the company’s relocation assistance.

Does anyone have any suggestions on services or organizations that can help with finding a new forever home or long-term foster until we get back home?

I really just want to make sure they get a good home with people who will love them as much as we do.
