Pet owners, what kind of flea treatment do you use?

I've been using Revolution on my cat for 10 years, but lately it doesn't seem to be doing much at all. I know sometimes fleas can become resistant to certain poisons locally, anyone else seeing something similar? What topical flea stuff do ya'll like?
