Pet (Dog) taxi or ambulance service for emergency (Cypress)

Hey,

How are all of you? Is there any taxi or ambulance service to transport a dog from a residence to the ER.

My cousin who owns a medium sized dog is unable to carry the dog and put the dog in the car, the dog is having some mobility issues which are undergoing treatment.

In case of an emergency, as the dog has been feeling unwell recently, is there a pet taxi or ambulance service that can either transport the dog to the ER (with the owner) or assist in lifting the dog and putting the dog in the owners vehicle.

I am not in the area and my cousin lives on acreage land, so it is hard to get hold of neighbors especially after hours.
