Pet Bird Rescue Orgs in Houston?

I recently visited Traders Village and noticed a cockatoo in a small cage that seemed to have stress-picked a lot of its feathers off. It made me really sad to see but I’m not sure what avenues exist for me to help it. Even if there is nothing I can do, I would like to be able to support local bird rescues that save birds in similar situations.
