Pest Control Insight/Suggestions

Hi! New home buyer here. Help.

I wanted to see if anyone had any insight or recommendations on pest control services inside the loop – I reached out to quite a few companies today and their initial pest control service cost seems very high (ranging anywhere from $200 – $300+ for an initial spray with no commitment to a quarterly service).

Is this pretty standard pricing or are these prices outrageous?
