Person on top of apartment roof

Around 10 AM, I saw what appeared to be a person on top of an apartment building roof. They were sitting with their legs crossed on the ledge. (Auxo at memorial) off of I-10. Was wondering if anyone else saw it? Or know if the person is okay? There were a bunch of firefighters and police on the street and up top on a balcony.
