Periodontist for bone grafting

Anybody have a bone graft done and have a recommendation on a periodontist? Can be anywhere in greater Houston.

I'm in my early 40s, and in my teens and 20s brushed way too hard. I have bone loss because of it, and now I'm starting to feel the gaps between my teeth. Teeth are starting to hurt a little at times. I've had part of my mouth done, but need to get the rest done so I don't end up losing teeth.
